Service Options St. Giles currently serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various locations in East and Southeast Texas including Lufkin, Beaumont, Baytown, Richmond/Rosenberg, Houston and the surrounding areas. Services are provided through the following Programs: · Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/MR) · Home and Community Based Services (HCS) · Texas Home Living Services (TxHmL) *Only in the Beaumont Area
